My name is Daniel Treacy, and I’m a luxury solo agent with the KW office. I am native to the Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington area and licensed in both states. I even have homes in both—one in Portland and one in Kalama, WA.
I’m recognized among the Top 20% of agents in my market, and my family has been in real estate since I was born (3rd generation REALTOR®). Because of these deep roots, I have access to a wide network of vetted professionals, including commercial agents, loan officers, contractors, lawyers, surveyors, and more, giving my clients strong support throughout every step of the process.
I also run a nationwide real estate referral group where I carefully vet real estate professionals across the United States, allowing me to connect clients with top agents nationwide when needed, while continuing to practice buyer’s and seller’s agency throughout the Great Northwest.
